About Me

The Gluten Free Foodie
London, United Kingdom
I am a coeliac and have had a gluten free diet for many years. I love eating out, from fine dining to casual affairs. I seek out restaurants that love us, or at least cater for us, rather than find us a pain-in-the ass-coeliac. Just because you eat gluten free, doesn't mean that when you eat out you can't have gravy on your Sunday Roast, or bread on a side plate, or a beer in a pub - if you know where to go! Any questions? I'd love to hear from you: caz@glutenfreefoodie.co.uk
